How Your Giving Helps
We are grateful for the generosity of our members and friends who support our ministry efforts
CHPC is growing in ways we can scarcely imagine! Over the past year, our work with Good Neighbors Capitol Hill and migrant programs changed lives. Our retreat and service trip changed our perspectives. Baseball, burritos, and the blessing of the animals remain a part of our busy schedule. So, too, are Town Halls and education opportunities at all levels.
Your support of CHPC is the bedrock of this work. Thank you for being a part of our community.

More Information: Special Reports
We periodically convene special task forces to look at larger strategic questions—how we see ourselves today and where we want to be in 5, 10, and 30+ years. You can access findings at the links below:

Ways of Thinking about Pledging
We ask all CHPC members to fill out a pledge form in November each year, to help us with with planning for our core ministries in the year ahead.
Pledges helps us to gauge our ability to tap into available resources, time, and talents. They can take a number of forms:
Can you commit 5% of your monthly salary to the church and the mission of our congregation?
Are you handy and are you willing to work on a dripping faucet?
Do you enjoy spending time with children and are you willing to assist with Sunday school?
These are all important ways to give back and actively participate in our joint mission of community and faith.
